Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box immediately. These photos are required to submit a damage claim to the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible after receiving the damaged item, and we will review the situation and provide guidance on next steps.

In cases of lost or stolen packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate, but we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to provide delivery instructions to ensure packages are received safely.

Returns & Exchanges
